Dancing is good for health and reduce weight. Before two and half year I am getting over weight and my friends suggest me dancing as an exercise. I start that. Its a good exercise for health. Its my personal experience what would you say about it.

My personal experience is that dancing is great for the heart & soul, which does wonders for your overall health. In our modern age of sitting in front of the computer and the steering wheel for long hours of the day, getting up and shakin' it is a wonderful change of pace. Moving in perfect time with the music and your partner is an exhilarating and uplifting experience that lifts your spirits like few other things can.

On the physical side, it's great exercise, as long as you "go for it". Also, my experience has been that the more technique you know for a particular dance style, the more exercise you get. Learning the intricacies and subtle movements for different dances requires more physical investment.

In my view Dancing, swimming and racing are good for reduce weight and these are good for health. My friend had join the dancing class for weight loose. He is enjoying it very much. Other weight loose exercise are boring but dancing is interesting.
